LedGo Space Ship — Hong Kong

The client’s vision was ambitious: a spaceship that would move up and down above a nightclub audience, with moving wings and an LED exterior that brought the structure to life.
LedGo turned that vision into a bespoke installation, engineering and building the spaceship and developing custom LED modules for its body. We designed the exterior surface to accommodate those modules and created the content and mapping to bring the visuals together across its distinctive shape.
The biggest challenge was making every part fit into one complete, moving structure. With just six months from the initial concept to the club’s opening—and no time for prototyping—precise design and coordination were essential.
The result was the LedGo Space Ship: a striking centerpiece that combined movement, light and custom engineering to bring a new dimension to the club experience.
Less Moiré
Unwanted waves, rainbow ripples or moving patterns on camera? This is the moiré effect, caused by interference between an LED screen’s pixel grid and the camera sensor.
Adjusting camera angles, distance or focus can help—but may limit the shots a director wants to achieve.
